Tell us a little bit about yourselves.
I started Myo in 2015 with my friend and business partner, physical therapist Vinh Pham. We were both frustrated with the limits of conventional physical therapy, which has always been too focused on treating pain after it happens, and not enough on preventing it in the first place. Our goal was to reimagine the experience from the ground up, making it proactive and aspirational enough that people would want to integrate it into their lifestyle. What started as a single clinic in Toronto has grown to more than 20 locations across North America, delivering over 250,000 one-on-one sessions annually through our proprietary FutureProof Method. We work with everyone from Olympic athletes to people who just want to move better in daily life, helping them understand their bodies, prevent injury, and unlock long-term mobility and strength.
What inspired your vision of Myo?
We wanted to build the place we wished existed. Where you could get expert, hands-on care and leave not just feeling better, but knowing how to take care of your body moving forward. It’s about shifting from “fix what’s broken” to “learn about your body,” and creating a clinic experience people actually look forward to visiting.

How do you see Myo changing the way people approach their daily health and wellness routines?
We believe movement health should be treated like dental health: something you maintain proactively, not just when there’s a problem. By normalizing regular mobility, posture, and recovery work, we’re helping people prevent injuries, improve performance, and feel better every single day.
What makes this experience different from anything else out there?
Myo addresses pain and injuries. But while most clinics stop there, Myo knows that’s where the journey begins. Clinicians go further, educating clients, optimizing movement, and building sustainable habits to help them stay out of pain and perform better long-term.
If you could see Myo in any dream location or setting, where would it be and why?
We’re a few years away from pursuing international expansion and would love to see Myo locations in Australia, Hong Kong, and a number of other countries where we believe we can have an outsized impact on raising the world’s body IQ.
