WATCH: How To Make 3 Fall-Inspired Cocktails In A Snap At Home

This fall, we’ve partnered up with Noble Estates to bring the at-home bartender delicious and easy-to-make cocktail recipes to cozy up with in quarantine. In this series, STYLE’s Digital Editor, Anastasia Barbuzzi, and her loving partner, Mike (a.k.a: @mjdeezy), will show you how to whip up a few classic drinks with a twist, all using ingredients you already have in your liquor cabinet or fridge at home. Harvest Cocktail Recipes

In need of a couple brunch cocktails to kick off your weekend with? Try a White Wine Spritzer or sparkling Mulled Kalimotxo with a little caffeine pick-me-up. For nighttime, try a (Kensington) Market Mule with a warming ginger kombucha twist.

White Wine Spritzer:

Serve your spritzer in a delicate stemless Riedel glass. Get two for $29.90 from Noble Estates.

Mulled Kalimotxo: 

  • 1 bottle of Catena Malbec ($2 off through Noble Estates until Nov. 7!)
  • 2 bottles of Coca-Cola (with cane sugar)
  • 2 anise stars and 2 orange peels for the mulled wine (Make a batch by simmering a bottle of Catena Malbec on the stove with the anise stars and orange peels for 15 t0 20 minutes until fragrant.)
  • 1 orange twist, for garnish
  • 1 lime twist, for garnish

Serve your kalimotxo in a decorative Riedel mixing glass. Get four for $49.90 from Noble Estates. 

Market Mule:

  • 1½ oz Beattie’s Potato Vodka
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp. simple syrup (Make a batch by reducing 1 cup of pure white sugar into 1 cup of water on the stove. Store in an airtight container to cool and thicken.)
  • 3 oz ginger kombucha (Rise Fresh Ginger from Montreal was used in this recipe for an extra spicy kick!)
  • Lime wheel, for garnish
