“It’s really important to find that place or those people that really keep you grounded and hold on to them for dear life and go to them when you start to feel a little crazy,” Hailey Whitters told Elise Gasbarrino on this week’s episode of Let’s Talk About.
Hailey Whitters is an American country artist who has spent a long time working as a songwriter in Nashville, Tennessee. She credits her recent success to the way she wrote her album, The Dream. When creating The Dream, she was writing from a place of struggling while living in Nashville, wondering if she was ever going to make it in the music industry.
Hailey talks about her success but also what it took to earn that success, and the amount of work that is put into being a musician. Hailey emphasizes the idea that just because success is instant for some, it was not for her. Her best advice is to use all of your emotions and feelings and put it towards something you’re passionate about, like your art.
Due to the success that The Dream had, Hailey now has a new record called, Living the Dream.
