We were lucky enough to go on a tour of the hotel with the manager Deanna, who was absolutely wonderful and very insightful regarding the hotel! Owners Brenda and Blair McArther were deeply inspired to create this space because of their time in Scotland. This passion project is truly unmatched with no detail to spare — offering a fully immersive experience into elegance and charm.

Each suite at The Scotsman Hotel is a masterpiece of design and comfort. The suites are all named after different hotels that Brenda and Blair adored — and each have their own personalities. The Owner’s Suite epitomises luxury with its décor, while The Prestonfield exudes elegance with its classic styling. For those seeking a contemporary vibe, The Calle offers a chic retreat, and The Balmoral and The Dornoch provide cosy, sophisticated sanctuaries. Most recently, they added a 6th suite, The Kilfinnan, provides a touch of the Scottish countryside charm to the heart of Niagara-On-The-Lake
Every suite is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, including locally made toiletries from One Earth, a coffee machine in each room, a customised minibar, and a selection of beverages and snacks, to ensure a stay that is both indulgent and restful.
