Savor the culinary expertise of Belize at two distinguished restaurants at Naia Resort and Spa. Begin your culinary journey at The Beach Bar with a light breakfast, our go-to was a smoothie and the Mayan breakfast, and lunch beachside always ended up a sweet note with this molten lava cake. Find your way to 1981 for dinner and you will be utterly impressed. The restaurant, named after the year Belize attained independence, invites guests to experience a culinary journey of fresh Belizan cuisine. This waterfront restaurant has an ever-evolving seasonal menu that celebrates all that is Belize.
