The Giving Key is a Los Angeles based jewelry company. The Giving Key repurposes old and new keys into rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces (pictured above) each engraved with a message of encouragement, strength, hope or love. We love them. Here’s why:
It all Started by Accident
When founder, singer-songwriter and actress Caitlin Crosby, began wearing the key she “borrowed” from a New York motel on a chain around her neck after having a locksmith engrave the word LOVE on the key. She began to receive compliments and now, thanks to The Giving Key, people all over North America are wearing keys as an accessory.
The Give Back
They employee local LA residents who are transitioning out of homelessness to create their products.
They Pay it Forward
