#TrendingInCanada: Shackets

Remember what we said about the weather last week? Apparently, fashion lovers across the provinces are pairing down their wardrobes.

That said, wearing fewer layers does not mean you have to go cold. A quality shacket makes a perfect outer layer for outstanding the in-between temperatures in.

Thread defines the shacket as a shirt thick enough to be halfway between a shirt and a jacket. A shacket is an ideal, year-round layering piece, in a nutshell.

Shackets skyrocketed in popularity throughout fall/winter 2020, and now they’re making their 2021 debut. You can find our favourite shacket looks of the past week below.

Also, keep sharing your #OOTDs with us on Instagram by using the hashtag #TrendingInCanada in your posts – we can’t wait to see what you’ve been wearing.
