The Makeup, Skin Care, Body & Fragrance Finds To Grab At The Sephora VIB Sale For Less

Sephora’s Spring Saving Event is here and it’s the perfect time to stock up on those pricey beauty products you just can’t live without.

The event starts on Friday, April 9 for Rouge members and runs until Monday, April 19. Those with VIB status gain access on sale items on Tuesday, April 13, while Sephora Insiders can call dibs on Thursday, April 15.

In regular Sephora fashion, Rouge members get 20 per cent off and VIB members get 15 per cent off during the VIB sale. If you are not a Sephora Beauty Insider, it’s completely free to sign up as a member – and you’ll get 10 per cent off during the event.

If you’re looking to buy a gift for Mother’s Day, Sephora has introduced many new brands to explore, including Black-owned Danessa Myricks Beauty, LYS Beauty, Merit, Frank Body, Topicals, Fable & Mane, and Skylar

Plus, you can gift towards a good cause with Sephora‘s charity rewards program, where customers can redeem their beauty insider points by exchanging 500 of them for a $10 donation. For April, Sephora has partnered with Sheena’s Place – a charity offering support to those affected by eating disorders.

If you’re wondering what to grab during the sale, we’ve rounded up some of our favourite beauty products that are worth the splurge. Scroll to discover our Sephora faves in makeup, skincare, body, and fragrance.

Makeup

Makeup Forever Reboot Foundation: If you don’t care for a full coverage foundation but want healthy-looking skin, this product leaves a beautiful, radiant finish behind and is super lightweight.

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Contour & Highlight Wands: After Madison Beer used the Charlotte Tilbury Wands in her Vogue makeup tutorial, the internet went crazy over how beautiful her skin looked. Of course, we had to try them out as well and they are 100 per cent worth the money.

Huda Beauty Tantour Contour & Bronzer Cream: A little goes a long way, but this contour and bronzer cream blends so beautifully into the skin.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder: There is no other powder that blurs the skin just as good and gives it the most amazing subtle glow than HourGlass’s Ambient Lighting Powder.

NARS Afterglow Lip Balm: Everyone needs a quality lip balm that will stave off chapping. And if you like lip gloss, you will like this lip balm. It gives off a shiny finish and has great colour payoff.

Skincare

Drunk Elephant Di Bronzi Anti-Pollution Bronzing Drops: When you’re not wearing makeup and you want to add some colour to your face, add one or two drops of Drunk Elephant’s Di Bronzi into your moisturizer. It contains platinum peptides and a blend of oils to protect your skin from the effects of environmental stressors.

Dermalogica Biolumin-C Eye Serum: This eye serum may be $100, but it’s worth it. It de-puffs and decreases dark under-eye circles, plus, it’s lightweight and is firming.

Tatcha Violet-C Radiance Mask: Tatcha may be a pricey brand, but their products really do make you feel like you’re at a luxurious spa. Made with Japanese superfoods, this mask leaves your skin looking brighter and feeling smoother after use.

Hair

Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3: Apply this product to the ends of dry hair and leave it on for a minimum of ten minutes before rinsing it off. Then, watch it strengthen and repair damaged tresses.

Briogeo Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-in Conditioner: If your hair is frizzy, this product helps reduce crazy fly-aways. Though it’s made with a combination of oils, it doesn’t leave your hair greasy at all.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day (PhD) 5-In-1 Styling Treatment: This baby protects your hair from the heat and it’s uber hydrating too. To tops things off, it locks in a hairstyle so that it lasts more than just a day.

Fragrance

Victor and Rolf Flowerbomb: If you like a warm and spicy scent, you can’t go wrong with Victor and Rolf’s Flowerbomb. It smells like spring but the florals aren’t overpowering. It’s made with patchouli, jasmine, orange blossom, and with just one spritz, it lasts all day long.

Dolce and Gabbana The Only One Eau de Parfum: Dolce & Gabbana’s The Only One Eau Du Parfum has a warm and spicy scent with hints of floral. With a mixture of ingredients like violet, bergamot, coffee, iris, vanilla, and patchouli, the scent is reminiscent of a caramel macchiato or a white mocha. It feels sophisticated and sultry, but comforting at the same time.

YSL Black Opium Eau de Parfum: Black Opium is known for having a sexy and seductive scent. Made with vanilla, white flowers, and coffee, it’s great to spritz on for special occasions.

Candles

Jo Malone Candles: Jo Malone offers so many different candle scents, you’re bound to find one you like. We recommend either the Honeysuckle & Davana or Mimosa & Cardamom Candle. Honeysuckle & Davana has a warm floral essence that’s meant to evoke the smell of the English countryside. Mimosa & Cardamom is light and floral, so it’s great to burn while you’re in the bath.

Maison Margiela REPLICA Whispers in the Library Eau De Toilette: If you’re a bookworm, then this is the scent for you. It has a warm and spicy smell that is meant to remind you of scouring the library for something satisfying to read.

Body

Herbivore Coco Rose Exfoliating Body Scrub: This scrub will gently exfoliate your skin without completely drying it out. It’s made with virgin coconut oil and Moroccan rose oil to help keep things hydrated. Your skin will thank you for how soft and smooth it’s going to feel.

Nécessaire Body Wash with Niacinamide: The Necessaire Body Wash smells and feels like you’re in a fancy spa in a romantic European city, but you’re actually just in your shower. Your complexion will be smooth and hydrated after use.

Caudalie Vinosculpt Lift & Firm Body Cream: If you want something firming and tightening for all-over use, this cream is it. It absorbs well and doesn’t feel greasy. It’s made with grape seed oil, grape polyphenols, and shea butter to help keep the skin moisturized.
