The Vibe

The Kimpton La Peer Hotel is etched in the beauty of West Hollywood (WeHo), and is a space that we full heartedly believe should live here forever. The moment the sprawling doors opened, we felt that rare hotel alchemy where a space is so intentionally curated that it effortlessly meets the needs of everyday travellers and celebrities that indulge in the finer experiences in life. From floral masterpieces and beautifully designed places to land, the hotel creates lively spaces to simply be, and we’re so here for it.
The Neighbourhood

The best feeling when you arrive in a new city is feeling at home, and the neighbourhood of Kimpton La Peer makes you feel like you’re welcomed into this beautiful bubble of a place. Located in West Hollywood’s Design District you’ll bump shoulders with creatives while lingering in galleries and indulging in some of the best restaurants and cafes around. Take a moment to window shop on Melrose Avenue, appreciate the architecture of innovative designs, and spend the day rooting into all that is wellness. The best part of West Hollywood is its welcoming nature; inviting all to feel welcomed into a place that is fiercely creative, obsessively stylish and completely unbothered by anyone who doesn’t get it. WeHo rewards the curious and the unhurried and La Peer places you inside it all.
The Rooms

Beauty is etched into the vision of guestrooms at Kimpton La Peer. Guestrooms are designed with intention, with natural textures that catch the California light. It’s the finer details that truly invite you to linger as long as you’d like; custom furnishings that echo the design district, luxurious king (or queen) beds and linens that feel like you’re cocooning into a place of ease, and elegant walk-in rainfall showers that we are officially obsessed with.
The suites take that feeling and stretch it into something even more grande. Step out onto a private terrace and watch as West Hollywood’s rooftops create a magical glow across the city. Sink into the deep sofa in the living space or ease into a soaker tub and let the rest of the day dissolve entirely.
Finishing touches that make this hotel one to come back to all day, everyday, are IHG® One Rewards members perks that include such novelties as free WiFi, and late check-outs.
The Extras

At La Peer the amenities feel like a lifestyle. Soak up the sun by the outdoor pool, work through a morning session in the well-equipped gym, or claim a corner of the No Rose (North of Melrose) lounge long enough to send that last email before switching fully into holiday mode. Occasional nights feature a DJ to complement the lobby’s recent renovation. Seasonal kombucha and cold brew flow on tap around the clock, and when the mood strikes, the rooftop Pickleball court offers a playful way to earn the evening ahead.
Ladyhawk, created by acclaimed Top Chef winner, Charbel Hayek, brings the bold, aromatic world of the Eastern Mediterranean into a distinctly Southern Californian light. Think vibrant shareable plates built on daring ingredients, cocktails that hold their own beside the food, and a dining room with the kind of energy that makes a long dinner feel like the best decision you made all day.

For something looser and later, No Rose is where the night finds its footing. Part bar, part social playground, this eclectic space deals in small plates, inventively twisted classics, and a rotating cast of DJs who keep the energy moving and the crowd exactly where they want to be.
The Verdict
Whenever the opportunity comes up to travel back to West Hollywood, we will always stay at La Peer, it was just that beautiful.
