The Service & Hospitality
The hospitality at Casa Madera sets the tone for an incredible evening. The team exudes warmth, attentiveness and a genuine love for what they do. From taking the time to extensively share about the menu to perfectly timing each dish, there was plenty of time to simply sit back, relax and take in the picturesque views of West Hollywood, day or night. Better yet, come as the sunset paints a portrait of the city’s skyline. Unmistakable views and vibes only found in West Hollywood.
The Food & Drinks
The menu at Casa Madera is a celebration of culinary traditions of the Mayan Riviera. Each dish is a work of art. From the freshest guacamole to handcrafted tacos, every bite is better than the last. We fell in love with the jalapeño + cucumber salad. Refreshing, cool and with the hint of Fresno chile added a level of complexity that we loved. And of course, a few fan favourites are the ceviche and duck carnitas tacos. The ceviche showcases coastal Mexican flavours of the freshest fish bathed in a dreamy leche de tigre passion fruit foam, brightened with citrus and serrano while the duck carnitas tacos offer rich, and savory flavours.
The cocktails at Casa Madera are just as inspired as the food. Smoky mezcal creations, and inventive concoctions made with the freshest ingredients perfectly pair with the brilliant coastal flavours on the menu. The food and drinks are designed to elevate the senses, and as you sit and experience dinner at Casa Madera, you’ll wholeheartedly agree that this is a must-see during your next West Hollywood stay and LA visit.
