Cool as Ice Gala – January 18th
This year’s Icewine Festival kicks off with an exclusive evening at the Niagara Parks Power Station. The Cool as Ice Gala promises a glamorous night filled with VQA Icewine, curated small plates from Niagara’s top chefs, and an unforgettable performance by the Niagara Symphony Orchestra. The Bridgerton-inspired setlist will set the mood for a night of elegance, while the immersive light and sound show promises to dazzle. For an extra special touch, guests will have exclusive access to Niagara Parks’ Tunnel, which leads to a breathtaking viewing platform at the base of the Falls.
Discovery Pass – January 10th to 26th
The Discovery Pass is the perfect way to explore the picturesque wine regions of Niagara at your own pace. With this self-guided tour, you’ll visit wineries from the Benchlands to Niagara-on-the-Lake, sampling the finest VQA Icewines paired with gourmet bites. With available options for the full pass (which includes six pairings), the mini pass with three pairings, or the Designated Driver pass, this experience offers a charming opportunity to savour the beauty of Niagara’s winter landscape. The Discovery Pass is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
IceHaus – January 25th
For a fresh twist on the festival, don’t miss IceHaus, a Nordic-inspired evening at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village. This new signature event features an Ice Wine cocktail competition, lively DJ performances, and a spectacular light show.
